Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll has reached 477 with death rate of 0.65 per cent

Kathmandu — The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Sunday confirmed 10 COVID-19 related deaths.

10 persons including nine males and a female, succumbed to the novel coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, revealed the daily report released by the MoHP today.

A 20-year-old male of Bara, two males aged 42 and 77 of Lalitpur, a 50-year-old female and two males aged 61 and 62 of Kathmandu, a 72-year-old male of Rupandehi, two males aged 63 and 50 of Bardiya and a 34-year-old male of Achcham, who were infected with the novel coronavirous, died while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation, the state-owned national daily Rising Nepal reports.

With this, Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll has reached 477 and the death rate is at 0.65 per cent.
