London — The Coalition of the South Asian Film Festival (CoSAFF) is going to be held in a virtual platform for the first time from October 3 to 17.

The Nepal American Film Festival is representing Nepal in this 15 days event.

CoSAFF is bringing together seven well-established film festivals of South Asia based in North America in a bid to promote culture and film art of South Asian countries through virtual platforms in view of the global COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the Nepal American Film Society, as many as 64 movies – features, documentaries and short films— from South Asian countries will be premiered online in the event which includes seven movies from Nepal, Myrepublic writes.

A total of seven Nepali features and short films — Lato Kosero Junu ko Jutta, Ama Khando, Bato, Bare trees in the mist, Song of clouds and Mandala have been able to secure their place in the film festival. Film lovers can enjoy the screening for free by registering the offical website of CoSAFF.
