Nepal urge India and Pakistan to exercise utmost restraint and not to engage in actions that threaten peace in SAARC

Kathmandu:  Highlighting the importance of peace and stability in South Asia, The government of Nepal has urged India and Pakistan to exercise utmost restraint and not engage in actions that would threaten peace and security in the region.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has issued  a statement stating, “The Government of Nepal is concerned about the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan following the terrorist attack on a security convoy in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir on February 14, 2019.”
