Santosh Shah makes to Top 4 in BBC Masterchef with unique Nepali foods
London — Nepali Chef Santosh Shah has secured his place among the top 4 in the BBC Masterchef Professionals competition.
Shah was selected to top four in the first round of the finals week on Tuesday.
Among six of the participants only four including Santosh were selected for the top 4 round.
In the events round on Tuesday, Santosh made the millet rice pudding as dessert.
He also presented mango kulfi and mango amoura – a special food quite popular in Nepal’s southern plains also known as the Terai.
Similarly, he made Nepali ‘bhutan style’ food in the judges instruction round.

“Kodo Millet pudding, Mango leather, swichwen pepper biscuits made with clarified butter and gram flour, chargrilled mango, lime and mint sorbet. I really wanted to show this” , after the show he writes on his Twitter

The final round of MasterChef UK will be held on Thursday evening after top 3 contestants are selected on Wednesday.
